The Kanneh-Masons - Carnival of the Animals

The Kanneh-Masons

Decca Classics announced the release of ‘Carnival’, a collaboration between Academy Award-winning actress Olivia Colman, children’s author, Michael Morpurgo and the Kanneh-Mason siblings.

Recorded at London’s Abbey Road Studios, the release includes new poems written by War Horse author Morpurgo to accompany Saint-Saëns’ ‘Carnival of the Animals’.

Sheku Kanneh-Mason plays on a fine Nicholas Maline cello bow and Braimah Kanneh-Mason plays a Jean Baptiste Vuillaume violin both loaned by generous patrons through the Beare’s International Violin Society.
