Peter Beare adjudicating in the International Triennal competition of Violin Making "Antonio Stradivari"
Peter Beare will be one of the judges on the panel for the International Triennial Competition of Stringed Instruments "Antonio Stradivari" starting on the 19th September. The competition is held every three years in Cremona and celebrates violin makers of new instruments. Following strict criteria, instruments must be made after 2009 in the classical style to be considered in the competition.

J & A Beare is pleased to announce the sale of six masterpieces from the renowned Dr.Fulton collection of stringed instruments to a private buyer, with the collaboration of Professor Eduard Wulfson of Strad Europe Ltd, London.
The aim of the society is for members to be part of a unique cultural club where participants purchase fine instruments for the benefit of talented musicians who will regularly perform on them. The instruments act as both an excellent long term investment as well as a charitable vehicle whereby they are lent out for playing purposes to some of the world's best up and coming performers.
